At Talent Hunters USA, we use a customized IQ and cognitive assessment to help identify candidates who are the best fit for each job position. This test measures problem-solving ability, logical reasoning, and critical thinking—key indicators of how a candidate will perform and adapt in their role.

Only candidates who move to the third stage of our selection process will be invited by email to take the test. The email will include a secure link to complete the assessment free of charge.
